1. Data controller

The data controller for your personal data is Kristian Yovchev, operator of the Elite Academy application and website.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored encrypted).
• Profile data: age, gender, weight, height, fitness goals and experience.
• Training data: workout logs, measurements, progress and food photos you upload.
• Communication data: messages you exchange with your coach.
• Payment data: processed by Paddle (we never see or store your full card details).

3. Why we use it

To provide your training and nutrition program, track your progress, communicate with you, and process your subscription.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Paddle (payments, Merchant of Record) and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised, except where the law requires retention (e.g. billing records).
