Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
In line with EU consumer law, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by contacting us. After this 14-day period, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Contact Kristian Yovchev through the app or our website with the email you used to sign up. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
