These terms are between you and Kristian Yovchev ("Elite Academy", "we", "us"), the operator of the Elite Academy training application and website.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes and payment security on our behalf. Your card statement may show a Paddle descriptor.
Elite Academy is a recurring subscription at €29.99 per month. New members receive a 7-day free trial: you provide your card details at sign-up, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken automatically when the trial period finishes. The subscription then renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals.
You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your login credentials private, and not to share, resell or copy the training and nutrition content. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Training and nutrition content is general guidance, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or diet program. You train at your own risk.
All content, programs, logos and materials are the property of Kristian Yovchev and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service or fail payment.
